The vineyards are located in Shida Kartli microclimatic zone. This wine is made from Georgian grape varieties: 100% Shavkapito. Aged in qvevri (1 month skin contact, 8 months aging in qvevri) and then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Medium ruby with purple hints, this blend brings out a vibrant palette of roses, red plums and black cherries. Carrying mid-weight at the palate, it pleasingly finishes with hints of licorice.
