This Shiraz (or Syrah) is grown in Napareuli, Kakheti,
and is vinified and aged in Qvevri. During aging, oak
staves were added to enhance the body and
complexity of the wine. It has a deep, dark red color
and offers rich notes of olive, pepper, violet, and
blackberry. This wine pairs beautifully with red meat.
