Merlot Qvevri is made from 100% Merlot, harvested
in the Tsinandali village. After more than 30 days of
fermentation in 1.5 tonne Qvevris, the wine was aged
partially in french oak barrels. This helps the wine to
display intense color with cherry and strawberry
aromas, on top of floral and vanilla notes.
