Our Kindzmarauli is made from the finest Saperavi grape
variety sourced from the Kvareli region, hand-harvested
under ideal phenolic maturity conditions. The wine is
vinified in stainless steel tanks, and fermentation is halted
using a cooling method. Our Kindzmarauli has a dark redpomegranate
color, with well- balanced acidity and sugar
levels that impart freshness and body to the wine. It boasts
a very intense aroma of cherry, pomegranate, raspberry,
and mint.
