This 100% Chkhaveri wine is from the Erketi
region in Guria. Fermented in Qvevri, native
yeast, no added sulfites, unfiltered, vegan. It is
dry with notes of cranberry and boysenberry,
aged for one year in a Qvevri and an additional
six months in stainless steel.
