Saperavi Barrel is produced from the Saperavi grape
variety grown in the Kakheti region. The wine was
fermented in stainless steel vats and afterwards
aged in oak barrels for 9 months. It is deep ruby in
color, with a complex bouquet reminiscent of black
berries, licorice, dried plum, spices, tobacco and
coffee. Palette is well-balanced with a lively acidity.
Best with: herbaceous dishes, fish, poultry
