To create this wine we vinified 5 different grape
varietals (Kisi 25%, Chardonnay 20%, Khikhvi 20%,
Mtsvane 20%, Krakhuna 15%) in French oak barrels
separately. Grapes are hand harvested in optimal
maturity. After 6 months of batonage on leesi n
barrels, wines are assembled and bottled. Aroma:
grapefruit, lime, mineral, vanilla.
