This 100% Otskhanuri Sapere wine is from the
Meore Sviri region in Imereti. Fermented with
native yeast in a Qvevri, it is unfiltered, vegan,
and contains no added sulfites. The wine is dry
with notes of black cherry and olive, aged for
one year in oak barrels and six months in a
Qvevri.
